Course Description
Wound Care and Management is a full day comprehensive workshop that outlines the different types and management of Wounds, the anatomy and physiology of Wounds, the equipment and procedure to use appropriate to client, and essential nursing interventions specific to wound care.
This course is designed to:
Demonstrate techniques for inspection, auscultation, percussion, palpation and history taking
Understand the theoretical foundation of the anatomy and physiology of different body systems
Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests.
